How do consumers feel about your brand?… really feel?… true valid insight in real time? Obtaining and measuring this information is nothing new, but a method that taps into blogs and other social generated content to obtain this information via on an online application is quite interesting. A friend of mine is an “Experience Architect” at this San Francisco based start-up. I’m sure you have heard the buzz here and there. Its still in beta, but with such an interesting concept, I look forward to seeing how this initiative progresses.
