So, I had a lovely trip out to the west coast. A client meeting (same old, same old)… but I did get a good chance to have some great Shabu-Shabu with some old friends. Ted Grubb is now involved with Satisfaction. People - Powered Customer Service. Which you may have heard of already from here and there.
“Satisfaction is part online discussion, part FAQ, and part social network for all your products and services. Anyone can ask a question, submit an idea or problem, or just talk. And it’s all public, so anyone can answer—even the companies.”
Shawn Smith is working on some interesting web based, B2B products over at Scout Labs.
Can’t say much about it now… but as there website states “Big things coming soon”.
